A big part of your role here at the Good Hotel London is being the face of the business. You are expected to provide an efficient and friendly service for all guests and visitors. You will also be responsible for the up-keep and presentation of the front desk, hotel public areas and liaising with other members of staff. Every member of staff is expected to ensure that the guests comfort, satisfaction and wellbeing are catered for in a friendly, helpful and personalised manner at all times.
